M. Robin Morris is an Attorney and Registered Nurse who practices law in Conway, South Carolina. She graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School and began the private practice of law in 1988. Ms. Morris has focused her practice on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Long Term Care Planning, Probate Administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships and medical and nursing home injuries.

Ms. Morris has taught classes in estate, long term care and Medicaid planning as an adjunct professor at Coastal Carolina University in the Lifelong Learning Society. She has also contributed articles and a legal column for RN Magazine and the American Journal of Nursing.

Ms. Morris speaks on Elder law issues to community groups such as the Alzheimer's Association, Rotary Club, and AARP. Her community involvement includes volunteering as a board member of the Eldercare Coalition, Seniors Helping Seniors and as chairperson of the Horry County Probate Judge's Advisory Committee.

Her background as a nurse brings to her practice more than just experience in the law. She also has an understanding of the aging process that allows her and her staff to treat the older citizen and their families with respect and understanding.

She is a Certified Arbitrator / Mediator as well as a member of the S.C. State Bar, the Horry County (S.C.) Bar, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
